Build your Maryland policy manual
Four short steps. Your manual updates as you type. It covers the 23 policy items COMAR 10.07.05.08B lists, in the order OHCQ's application lists them, and the rest of OHCQ's RSA rules, in your agency's own words, with the rule quoted under each policy. With it comes a Section B index: the pages to enter for each item on the application. No account needed.
Your registered nurse adopts the clinical policies
Maryland puts a registered nurse in charge of client care: assessment, the plan of care, delegation, supervision and training. CareRulebook checks every rule the manual quotes against the official text (Rule-verified); the nursing judgment stays with your own RN. Before you apply, your RN reads the clinical policies (2.2, 2.5, 3.2, 3.6, 4.1 to 4.6 and 5.1), changes anything that does not fit how they will practise, and signs the adoption line at the end of each. Policy 1.2 sets out the steps.
