Who you are buying from

CareRulebook is a trading name of Inkfluence AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17340726). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@carerulebook.com.

What you buy

A policy and procedure manual for your agency, built from the answers you give in the manual builder, as an editable Word file and a PDF. Each policy quotes the rule it is written to meet, and the manual ends with a table that maps each rule to a policy.

You can use and change the manual for your own agency, including any location your agency runs. You cannot resell it, share it with other agencies, or publish it.

Delivery

After you pay, you go to your order page, where you can download the manual straight away. Keep the link to that page: it is how you download the manual again. If you lose it, email hello@carerulebook.com from the address you paid with and we will send it again.

Updates for 12 months

For 12 months after you buy, every download from your order page is built from our current policy library. When a rule changes and we update a policy, downloading again gets you the updated manual with your details already filled in.

Refunds

Before you download: if you have not downloaded the Word or PDF file, email hello@carerulebook.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full.

After you download: because the manual is delivered in full the moment you download it, we do not refund it after that. At checkout you confirm that you want the manual straight away and that you understand this.

Mistakes: if a policy misquotes a rule, cites the wrong rule, or misses a requirement in the rules it covers, tell us. We will check it against the official text and, if we got it wrong, fix it free and record the fix in our corrections log. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

None of this affects any rights you have by law.

It is not legal advice

The manual is a starting point written against the official rules, checked on the date printed in it. It is not legal advice, and buying it does not guarantee a license, a registration or a survey result. Read every policy and change anything that does not match how your agency will actually work, because the regulator holds you to what your policies say. For advice about your own situation, speak to a lawyer or a consultant who knows your state's rules.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The price is shown before you pay. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.

If something goes wrong

If we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the manual, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
